This exceptionally delicate Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry is produced by Bodegas Williams & Humbert in the Andalusian city of Jerez de la Frontera. Jerez boasts a winemaking tradition spanning over 3,000 years and gave its name to the legendary sherry. Don Guido Sherry Solera Especial (PX) matures for over 20 years in Solera casks and is bottled as a viscous, black mahogany-colored sherry. It pours like honey into the glass and has characteristic aromas of raisins, nuts, oranges, and figs. The finish is very long, intense, and warming.
