Since 1877, Bodegas Williams & Humbert has stood for the great Sherry tradition of Jerez, combining years of experience with the maturation of high-quality wines from the finest vineyards of Jerez Superior. The Walnut Brown Oloroso is a medium-sweet Sherry made from Palomino, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel grapes, originating from the Pago Balbaína vineyard. Its distinctive style develops through oxidative aging. In the glass, it displays a deep mahogany hue, almost ebony, with a warm intensity. The nose unfolds aromas of dried nuts, raisins, and nutmeg, accompanied by toasted sugar and subtle oxidative notes that lend depth to the bouquet. On the palate, the Sherry is soft and velvety with a pleasant sweetness and balanced structure, while nutty and fruity nuances blend harmoniously. The finish is long and rounded with lingering notes of dried fruit and caramel. This sherry is particularly delicious when served chilled, either neat or as an accompaniment to desserts and sweet specialties.
