Inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle of the Côte d'Azur, this handcrafted pastis combines traditional Provençal recipes with modern design. It is produced in Marseille's oldest working distillery, renowned for its high-quality anise spirits since 1884. The base is carefully distilled star anise, complemented by macerations of fresh figs, orange blossom, and sweet almonds from the Saint-Tropez region. Licorice, vanilla, and select Mediterranean herbs such as myrtle and thyme are also added. The nose reveals intense notes of star anise, licorice, candied fruit, fennel, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, the Pastis is full-bodied, spicy, and balanced with strong anise notes, a delicate sweetness, and a hint of Mediterranean freshness.
