Their Selección Familiar Ron Blanco is a white rum originating from the distillery's own sugarcane fields around Arucas, a region with an ideal microclimate nestled between the sea and the mountains. These sustainably cultivated fields are currently undergoing organic certification – a clear commitment to quality and origin. After harvesting, the fresh sugarcane juice is gently distilled in a double copper column still. The result is a crystal-clear, colorless rum with a medium viscosity and delicate aromas. The nose reveals sweet aromas of sugarcane juice, caramel, herbs, spices, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is herbaceous, round, and smooth with delicate tea notes, a gentle sweetness, and a medium-length, harmonious finish. This Blanco is excellent for classic cocktails such as the Daiquiri, Mojito, or Rum Sour. But even served neat at 12-14°C, it impresses with its clarity, freshness, and aromatic depth.
